When Magneti first partnered with the Mountain States Employers Council (MSEC) in 2016, MSEC had just acquired two regional organizations and were hungry to thrive in a number of cutthroat industries. MSEC needed to evolve its identity to incorporate the recent acquisitions, simplify the structure of its services, and strengthen its messaging to appeal to employers at companies of all sizes.
